Delicious Alaskan smoked salmon with a perfectly seasoned fried egg on a baguette.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Toast your bread in the oven, and warm your already smoked salmon for about 4 minutes. 
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter. Crack a few eggs into the pan, season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic, don't touch them, just let them fry for about 7 minutes. 
  3. Spread some mayonnaise on your toasted baguette, layer on your smoked salmon, then your fried eggs, garnish with some chopped chives, and enjoy!
