189. Chicken Balti!



Traditional spicy chicken balti with Indian spices and Chinese flavors.

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in your diced chicken, onions, peppers, and chillies, pour in a little soy sauce and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add some of your ginger garlic paste, season with chili powder, garam masala, and turmeric seasoning. Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in some of your tomato sauce, and gravy, season to taste with salt, and stir fry for about 10 more minutes. Plate, garnish with some chopped coriander leaves, and enjoy!
