White Sausage Gravy & Biscuits

Butter biscuits with a savory sausage and white gravy. 


  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook your sausage for about 8 minutes while turning and breaking up. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
  2. Bake your biscuits according to package instructions. Take out and set aside.
  3. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as your butter melts whisk in some flour to create a roux. Pour in some milk and continue to whisk thoroughly until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss in your cooked sausage and mix for about a minute.
  4. Plate your biscuits the top them off with your white sausage gravy. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
