Chicken Souvlaki

A traditional Greek chicken dish with wonderful flavors, beautifully grilled to perfection.

  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Minced Garlic
  • Oregano Flakes
  • Thyme Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

  1. Mix together in a bowl olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme seasoning, salt, and pepper (this makes a nice marinade). Dice your chicken into cubes.
  2. Place your diced chicken into a ziplock bag, pour in most of your marinade but not all of it, seal tight with little to no air, place in the fridge to marinate for a few hours.
  3. Remove your chicken from the marinade and skewer them. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, Sear your chicken all around for about 15 minutes occasionally brushing with more of your marinade. 
  4. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
