Thailand Pork Curry

Spicy pork curry straight from the streets of Thailand recipe!

  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Cardamom
  • Red Chilies
  • Green Chilies
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Fresh Lemon Grass
  • Tamarin Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Butter
  • Sliced & Chopped Pork Shoulder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Coconut Milk
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your pork with salt and pepper. Start sauteing your chicken while turning for about 7 minutes. 
  2. Pour in some coconut milk and a little water. Simmer and stir. Mix in some cumin, turmeric, cardamom, red chilies, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste, and tamarin sauce, mix well and stir fry for about 6 minutes. 
  3. Add lots of butter and continue to stir fry for another 5 minutes and the butter has melted, serve and enjoy!

Spicy Chicken Slaw Sandwich

Spicy crunchy fried chicken sandwich beautifully seasoned with a delicious slaw and spicy cheesy mustard.

  • Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
  • Corn Meal
  • Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Two Broken Eggs In A Bowl (Egg Wash)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Tobasco
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Sliced Purple Cabbage
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Your Choice Of Buns
  1. Mix together in a bowl some of your corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika, set aside
  2. Season your chopped cabbage with salt and pepper, set aside. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil in the pot up about 2 inches.
  3. Lightly coat your chicken in your flour mixture, shake off the excess. Dredge in your egg wash, then shake off the excess. Coat once again in your flour mixture, shake off the excess, then deep fry for about 6 minutes, flipping the breast at 3 minutes, to fry on the other side. Take out and place on paper towels to soak up the excess grease.
  4. Heat a pan on medium high heat and melt some butter, add a little flour and whisk well to create a roux. 
  5. Gradually add some milk while continuing to whisk, gradually add some of your cheddar cheese and whisk well, add some of your tobasco sauce and some of your dijon mustard, whisk well to create a beautiful cheesy sauce.
  6. Toast your buns in the oven. Spread some of your ranch dressing on your buns, place some romaine lettuce, then your chicken, then your cheese sauce, then your slaw, some more ranch if you like, serve and enjoy!

Asian Glazed Pork Belly & Chinese Broccoli

Perfectly baked pork belly seasoned beautifully with a delicious dry rub. Glazed with a gorgeous sweet Asian sauce and sauted chinese broccoli.


  1. Liberally season your pork belly with Chinese five spice, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Bake in the oven 25 minutes per lb. Take out and set aside to rest.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, toss in your chinese broccoli and saute for about 4 minutes occasionally turning, take out and set aside.
  3. Pour some mirin sauce into the pan, add a little brown sugar, lime juice, and garlic powder. Heat and thoroughly mix for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour some of your glaze into a bowl, toss in your Chinese broccoli, slice your pork belly and top off your dish with the slices.
  5. Pour some more of your glaze on top of your pork belly slices, enjoy!
