Grilled Blackened Chicken Alfredo

 



Beautiful seasoned chicken breasts grilled to perfection and served over a homemade pesto pasta alfredo.


Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Penne Pasta Noodles
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Blackened Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Heavy Cream

Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your chicken liberally with your blackened seasoning. Grill your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes or until there is no pink inside, take out and set aside.
  2. Cook your penne pasta noodles according to package instructions. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, pour in some cream as your butter melts, turn your heat down to simmer, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, add lots of parmesan cheese, top off with your chicken, garnish with parsley flakes, serve and enjoy!

Sausage & Crawfish Beer Broil

 



Delicious andouille sausage, corn on the cobb & succulent crawfish cooked in a flavorful beer boil.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Crawfish
  • Corn On The Cob
  • Andouille Sausage
  • Crab Boil Seasoning Liquid & Dry
  • Bay Leaves
  • Fresh Chopped Garlic
  • Chili Peppers
  • Sliced White Onions
  • Artichokes
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon & Lime Juice
  • Beer (A Lager is Best)

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, pour & toss in all your ingredients and turn your heat down to simmer for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!

Chicken & Bacon Lasagna*

 



Chicken applewood smoked bacon and three cheese lasagna with a sweet tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Lasagna Noodles
  • Diced White Onion
  • Garlic Powder
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Canned Tomatoes
  • Tomato Paste
  • Sugar
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Oregano Seasoning
  • Thyme Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper
  • One Beaten Egg
  • Olive Oil
Directions

  1. Cook your lasagna noodles according to package instructions, set aside. Season your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a large pot on medium high heat and add some oil, toss in your diced white onions to cook with your chicken. Sear your chicken on both sides for about 6 minutes, let rest 3 minutes.
  2. Chop or break up your chicken into small pieces set aside with your onions. In that same pot cook lots of bacon until crisp. Add your chicken and onions back to your pot.
  3. Add in your canned tomatoes, tomato paste, some sugar, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, oregano seasoning, and thyme seasoning. Turn the heat down, mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Beat one egg into a bowl. Mix in your ricotta cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. 
  5. In a large baking dish spread a even layer of your tomato meat sauce. Top your chicken sauce with your lasagna noodles. Spread a even layer of your egg and ricotta mix over your noodles then sprinkle a even layer of your parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Spread another even layer of your chicken sauce over your ricotta cheese mixture. Top your chicken sauce with another layer of your noodles. 
  6. From here repeat these steps 3 times starting with your ricotta cheese mixture and ending with your layer of the three cheeses, sprinkle a little oregano seasoning on top then bake in the oven for about 50 minutes. Enjoy!
