Spicy Carne Asada

 





Spicy & delicious Sirloin steak seasoned beautifully with, guacamole, and cotija cheese. 

Ingredients

  • Guacamole
  • Minced Garlic
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sirloin Steak
  • Sliced Red Chili Peppers
  • Olive Oil
  • Cotija Cheese
  • Butter
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  1. Season your skirt steak with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook your sirloin steak on both sides for about 6 minutes for a nice medium temp. Take your steak out and chop into small pieces. 
  2. Heat a grill pan on medium high heat and add a little butter. Cook your tortillas for about 2 minutes on both sides. Take your tortillas out and put your chopped steak in a line down the middle of your tortillas, top that off with your roasted red chille peppers, top that off with your, guacamole, then your cotija cheese and finally your chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

Grilled Asian Pork Chops

 



Super moist and tender grilled pork chops beautifully sauced with a delicious Asian sauce. 

Ingredients
  • Pork Chops
  • Beef Broth
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Corn Flour
  • Chinese Five Spice
  • Sesame Oil
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add a drizzle of sesame oil. When the pan gets nice and hot pour in a little beef broth, a little oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, brown sugar, a little corn flour as a thickening agent, and a couple dashes of Chinese five spice. 
  2. Whisk vigorously so your sauce doesn't become lumpy. Cook and whisk until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. 
  3. Fire up the grill, brush your pork chops liberally with your sauce. Grill your pork chops for about 8 to 9 minutes on both sides occasionally brushing your chops with more of your sauce, take off and set aside to rest. Enjoy!
