Chicken Mushroom Gravy


Simple & delicious baked chicken, seasoned beautifully, with a beautiful mushroom gravy.


  • Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Sliced Button Mushrooms
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Olive Oil
  • Chicken Broth
  • Chopped Parsley


  1. Season your chicken with cumin, salt and pepper. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and add some oil in a baking dish. Place your baking dish in the oven for about 5 minutes to get the oil hot.
  2. Season your mushrooms with salt and pepper, set aside.
  3. Bake chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Add your mushrooms to the baking dish to bake during the last 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter and some flour, whisk well to create a roux. Gradually add some chicken stock and whisk well to make your gravy.
  5. Plate your chicken and mushroom, pour on your gravy, garnish with some chopped parsley, enjoy!

Cheesy Mac & Cheese*


Cheesy bread crumb w/ spring onion mac & cheese.


  • Elbow Macaroni
  • Butter
  • Flour 
  • Milk
  • American Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Diced Spring Onion


  1. Cook your macaroni noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter.
  3. As your butter starts to melt add some flour to make a roux. Mix vigorously for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add some milk and continue to mix vigorously until there are no lumps and it reaches a nice consistency, adding more butter if needed. Saute and mix for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add your american cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced spring onion. Season with salt and pepper and continue mixing for about 5 minutes or until your cheese sauce reaches a nice consistency.
  6. Add in your cooked macaroni noodles and mix well on low heat for about 2 minutes. Plate, garnish with some bread crumbs and some more red and green onions, enjoy!

Deep Fried Asian Crab Cake Salad


Succulent pure lump crab meat breaded and deep fried with Asian spices, served with a lovely arugula salad, drizzled with a fragrant Asian vinaigrette. Enjoy!


  • Pure Lump Crab Meat
  • Mayonnaise
  • Egg
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Chopped Green Onion
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Canned Anchovies
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Chinese Five Spice
  • Freshly Chopped Ginger
  • Sesame Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sliced White Onions
  • Arugula
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Store Bought Guacamole

  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat sear 1 or 2 anchovies on both sides for about 3 minutes. Take out and set aside on paper towels.
  2. In a bowl beat a egg, add in mayonnaise, dijon mustard, rice vinegar, chopped green onion, Worcestershire sauce, monterey jack cheese, bread crumbs, chinese five spice, and freshly chopped ginger. Whisk well
  3. Finely chop your anchovies. Place your crab meat on paper towels and pat dry.
  4. Mix your chopped anchovies in with your egg mixture. Fold your crab meat into your mixture careful not to break your lumps too much.
  5. Wet your hands and form your patty or patties. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some sesame oil up about 3 inches, deep fry your crab cake on both sides for about 4 minutes or until golden brown turning it a few times so it doesn't stick. Remove and set set aside on paper towels.
  6. In a small bowl whisk together some minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Toss in some arugula, sun dried tomatoes, and your sliced onions, toss well.
  7. Spoon some of your guacamole on a plate, top with your crab cake, then top with your arugula salad, serve and enjoy!
