Pad See Ew. *



A traditional Taiwanese dish deliciously seasoned and quickly fried.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Boil your noodles in salted water for about 6 minutes, drain and set aside. Chop off your chinese broccoli stems. In a small bowl mix together some vinegar, sugar, ponzu sauce, and fish sauce.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil. Season your chicken with fresh ground pepper. Toss in your chicken, pour in your ponzu sauce mixture and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Crack in one egg, toss in your broccoli stems, and continue to stir fry for another 3-4 minutes. Plate, garnish with some fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy!

Spicy Shrimp Au Gratin. *



Succulent shrimp, celery, and onions baked in a delicious spicy cheese sauce.

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix together your egg yolks, and some half & half. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, minced garlic, your onions, chives, and diced celery, season with salt and pepper, saute for about 4 minutes. Mix in a little flour to create a roux.
  2. Whisk in your egg and milk mixture, some sriracha sauce, lemon juice, grated gruyere, and fontina cheese, and old bay seasoning. Cook and whisk well for about 4 more minutes. Or until your sauce reaches a nice consistency adding more half and half if needed.
  3. Place a good amount of your thawed shrimp into a small baking dish. Pour on your cheese sauce, top off with some more grated cheese, garnish with parsley flakes, and enjoy! #recipesbyvance

Balsamic Glazed Lamb Chops. *



Super delicious lamb chops, seasoned beautifully and perfectly seared with a delightful balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
  • Lamb Chops
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Olive Oil
Directions
  1. Liberally season your lamb chops with salt, pepper, and cumin. Toss your lamb chops in a ziplock bag and pour in some balsamic vinegar. Mix well, seal tight, and place in the fridge to marinate for about 3 hours.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Sear your lamb chops on both sides for about 6 minutes for a nice medium cooked temperature. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
