Japanese Tonkotsu*

A traditional Japanese ramen dish with super tender porkloin slices in one of the most tastiest broths.

  • Your Choice Of Japanese Noodle
  • Slices Of Yamasa Red Kamaboko
  • Porkloin
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Boiled Egg
  • Pork Fat
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chicken Stock
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Chopped Scallions
  • Minced Ginger
  • Shichimi Seasoning

  1. Cook your noodles according to packaged instructions, drain and set aside. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, season your porkloin with shichimi seasoning, bake in the oven covered for about 2 hours at 250 degrees, set aside to rest.
  2. Heat a pot on medium high heat and pour in some chicken stock, add some pork fat, and minced ginger, mix well for a nice broth. Slice your pork loin, slice your boiled egg, and slice a few pieces of your kamaboko, set aside.
  3. Pour some soy sauce into a bowl as a base, then pour in your broth mixture. Add your noodles, a couple slices of kamaboko, your boiled egg, sliced porkloin pieces, and bean sprouts, garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds, serve and enjoy!

Ground Beef Taco w/ Homemade Slaw & Red Sauce

Simple no fuss delicious ground beef beautifully seasoned in a flour tortilla with homemade cabbage and a homemade salsa.

  • Ground Beef
  • Season All
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Chopped Green Cabbage
  • Match Stick Carrots
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Peeled Canned Whole Tomatoes
  • Sliced & Diced Jalapenos
  • Minced Garlic
  • Diced White Onions
  • Apple Cider Vinegar

  1. In a food processor add your canned whole tomatoes, blend into a slightly chunky consistency, pour into a bowl and add, your diced jalapenos, diced white onions, and minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, mix well then set aside.
  2. Mix together in a bowl some apple cider vinegar, chopped cabbage, and carrots, season with salt and pepper, set aside.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, toss in your ground beef, season with season all and saute while breaking up and mixing for about 5 minutes or cooked all the way through.
  4. Place your ground beef in your tortilla, add your cabbage and carrot slaw, spoon on some of salsa, and enjoy!

Chile Asian Noodles*

Traditional ramen noodles Japanese style with pork shoulder and snap peas deliciously seasoned in a beautiful broth.

  • Fresh Snap Peas
  • Sliced and Chopped Pork Shoulder
  • Spaghetti Noodles
  • Red Chile Peppers
  • Sliced Scallions
  • Minced Garlic
  • Minced Ginger
  • Miso Sauce
  • Seafood Sauce
  • Chile Paste
  • Sesame Oil
  • Brown Sugar
  • Shichimi Seasoning

  1. Cook your spaghetti noodles according to packaged instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Season your pork slices with shichimi seasoning. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil, saute your pork bites along with your snap peas and red chile peppers. Saute for about 4 minutes or until your pork is cooked through, turn off heat, set aside.
  3. Heat a small pot on medium high heat and add some sesame oil, brown sugar, chile paste, seafood sauce, miso sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  4. Mix well adding more seafood sauce if needed, toss in your spaghetti noodles and your pork and snap pea mixture, toss to coat, plate, garnish with your sliced chives, enjoy!
