105. Homemade Pesto & Avocado Pizza!
Pizza with a delicious homemade pesto sauce, fresh avocados, tomatoes, and a white cheese sauce.

- Store bought pizza dough
- Flour
- Fresh Sliced Avocados
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Chopped Basil
- Pine Nuts
- Parmesan
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- White Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Food Processor
- Micro Greens
Directions
- Add to your food processor your chopped basil, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle in a little olive oil and pulse gently, gradually add more olive oil and continue to pulse until your pesto reaches a nice consistency.
- Heat a pot on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as your butter melts add some flour and whisk well to create a roux. Gradually add milk and continue to whisk for a few minutes until your milk slightly thickens. Gradually add your cheese and whisk well adding more cheese until you reach a nice cheesy/saucy consistency. Season with fresh ground black pepper.
- Lightly dust your counter top with flour and roll out your pizza dough. Spread your pesto on your pizza dough, spoon on a few dollops of your cheese sauce, top with your avocado slices and cherry tomatoes, drizzle with a little olive oil, bake in the oven 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, garnish with micro greens, enjoy!
