108. Cheesy Mushroom & Brussel Sprout Casserole!
A deliciously cheesy casserole with beautiful brussel sprouts and fresh portabella mushrooms.

- Brussel Sprouts
- Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Gruyere Cheese
- Room Temperature Milk
- Butter
- Flour
Directions
- Heat a large pot on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as your butter starts to melt add an equal part of flour and whisk well to create a roux.
- Gradually add room temperature milk and continue to whisk well to incorporate and thicken to a nice consistency. Keep adding milk to reach a nice saucy semi-watery consistency.
- Gradually add your cheeses and whisk well to incorporate. Add more cheese to your hearts desire and whisk well to create a nice cheesy sauce consistency.
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Season your brussell sprouts and sliced mushrooms with salt and pepper. Toss your mushrooms and sprouts in a large baking dish, pour in your cheese sauce and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
