407. Vegetarian Chickpea Spaghetti
A vegetarian tomato sauced spaghetti seasoned beautifully with buttery chickpeas.

- Bushs Organic Garbanzo Beans
- Barilla Spaghetti Noodles
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- McCormick Minced Onion
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cento Tomato Paste
- Cento San Marzano Organic Peeled Tomatoes
- Italian Crushed Tomatoes
- Domino Granulated Sugar
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- Butter
Directions
- Cook your spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter and oil. Saute your drained chickpeas, minced garlic and minced onions for about 3 minutes while stirring. Pour in some of your crushed tomato sauce, your canned tomatoes, and some tomato paste. Mix well and cook on simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Add in your spaghetti noodles and gently mix well. Enjoy!
