409. Cabernet Sauced Lamb Chops
Lamb chops perfectly seasoned and seared with a delicious cabernet sauce.

- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Butter
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Lamb Chops
- Cayenne Pepper
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- Hilltop Rosemary Seasoning
- McCormick Thyme Seasoning
- Kitchen Basics Beef Stock
- Cabernet Wine
- Gluten Free Flour
- McCormick Parsley Flakes
- McCormick Granulated Garlic
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and lots of butter. Spread some minced garlic on your lamb chops, season with some cayenne pepper and salt.
- Throw some rosemary sprigs and fresh thyme in your pot and mix well in the butter and oil for about 3 minutes. Add some more butter then sear your lamb chops on both sides for about 4 minutes for a medium temperature. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Turn your heat down low, add some beef broth, cabernet wine, butter, flour, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and crushed black pepper. Mix well into a nice saucy consistency. Enjoy!
