Cabernet Sauced Lamb Chops

Lamb chops perfectly seasoned and seared with a delicious cabernet sauce.


  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and lots of butter. Spread some minced garlic on your lamb chops, season with some cayenne pepper and salt.
  2. Throw some rosemary sprigs and fresh thyme in your pot and mix well in the butter and oil for about 3 minutes. Add some more butter then sear your lamb chops on both sides for about 4 minutes for a medium temperature. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Turn your heat down low, add some beef broth, cabernet wine, butter, flour, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and crushed black pepper. Mix well into a nice saucy consistency. Enjoy!
