Shrimp Peri Peri


A delicious shrimp saute with an old bay Portuguese peri peri sauce.

Ingredients




Directions
  1. Mix all your ingredients (except for your shrimp) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more oil if your sauce is too thick.
  2. Put your shrimp in a large ziplock bag, pour in your peri peri sauce and seal the bag with little to no air. Mix well and place in the fridge for a hour. 
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. toss in your marinated shrimp and a bit of your sauce, turn your heat down to a simmer and simmer for about 6 minutes. Enjoy!
