Succulent fresh sea scallops seasoned beautifully in a delicious brown butter sauce.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Slice your radish thinly then peel off the skin, set aside. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, lots and lots of butter, lemon juice, and minced sage. Whisk repeatedly for about 4 minutes or until your butter starts to brown. Season your scallops with salt and pepper and once your butter starts to brown saute your scallops for about 2 minutes on both sides. 
  2. Place your scallops in a bowl, pour on top your brown butter sauce, then garnish with your peppers, sunflower seeds, and sliced radish. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
