Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

Soft buttery smoked salmon  rolled over a delicious herbed cream cheese.


  • Smoked Salmon Slices
  • Cream Cheese
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Crispy Wonton Strips
  • Orange Pepper
  • Spring Onion

  1. Place about  a foot long sheet of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Overlap a little and arrange your smoked salmon slices on top of your plastic wrap to prepare for rolling (about a foot long, and about 6 inches wide). 
  2. Spread a nice amount of cream cheese on top of your smoked salmon then sprinkle some chopped parsley, and chopped cilantro on top of your cream cheese.
  3. Tightly roll your salmon using your plastic wrap to keep it tight and firm. Remove the plastic then slice your pinwheels, garnish with some crispy wonton strips, orange peppers, and spring onion. Enjoy!
