Seafood Stuffed Scallops
Beautiful Scallops, Cooked and Seasoned To Perfection Stuffed Along Succulent Shrimp & Fresh Pure Lump Crab Meat Stuffing.
Ingredients
- Scallops
- Shrimp
- Lump Crab Meat
- 1 Beaten Egg
- Bread Crumbs
- Celery (Chopped Small)
- Red & Green Peppers (Chopped Small)
- Mayonnaise
- Dijon Mustard
- Sesame Seeds
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Paprika
- Turmeric
- Parsley
- Olive Oil
- Butter
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper and sear them on both sides for about 4 minutes. Take out, cut into small pieces and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together your chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, 1 beaten egg, bread crumbs, chopped celery, chopped peppers, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper, paprika, and turmeric. Mix well.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your scallops with salt and pepper and sear on both sides for 2 minutes. Take out and set aside on paper towels.
- Form your shrimp and crab meat mixture into patties with your scallops in the middle. Season on both sides with paprika.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter and oil. Sear your seafood patties on both sides for about 5 minutes occasionally turning so your patties don't stick. Take out and set aside on paper towels.
Note: You can simply plate on a plate. But I used some scallop shells I bought to plate. Enjoy!
