A delicious southern style shrimp po boy with sriracha tarter sauce.
Ingredients
- Fresh Shrimp Peeled & De Veined
- Baguette
- Sriracha Sauce
- Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- Best Maid Dill Pickles
- Fresh Sliced Tomatoes
- Gluten Free Flour
- Buttermilk
- Sliced Iceberg Lettuce
- Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Mix together in a bowl old bay seasoning and flour. In another bowl mix together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Pour some buttermilk in a bowl.
- Pour vegetable oil about one inch and a half up a pot. Heat on medium high heat. Dredge your shrimp in your buttermilk, coat in your flour mixture, then deep fry for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat, drizzle some olive oil on your baguette and lightly toast. Spread some of your sriracha mayo on your baguette.
