Tender ribeye steak, marinated, seasoned & cooked to perfection with a delicious pineapple gravy. Enjoy!


Ingredients

  • Ribeye Steak
  • Sugar
  • Tomato Paste
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Canned Pineapples
  • Ginger Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Orange
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Asparagus
  • Olive Oil
  • Sesame Seeds

Directions
  1. In a large bowl add sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, the juice from the canned pineapples, ginger seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, freshly squeezed orange juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Pour your marinade into a large ziplock bag. Put your steak in the bag, seal tight, shake and mix well, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and some oil. Sear your steak on both sides for about 5-7 minutes for a nice medium temperature depending on the thickness.
  4. Heat another pan on medium high heat, pour in your remaining marinade to heat, plate your steak, spoon on your heated marinade, garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
