Ingredients
- Ribeye Steak
- Sugar
- Tomato Paste
- Soy Sauce
- Vinegar
- Canned Pineapples
- Ginger Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Orange
- Salt & Pepper
- Asparagus
- Olive Oil
- Sesame Seeds
Directions
- In a large bowl add sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, the juice from the canned pineapples, ginger seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, freshly squeezed orange juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour your marinade into a large ziplock bag. Put your steak in the bag, seal tight, shake and mix well, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and some oil. Sear your steak on both sides for about 5-7 minutes for a nice medium temperature depending on the thickness.
- Heat another pan on medium high heat, pour in your remaining marinade to heat, plate your steak, spoon on your heated marinade, garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
