A simple super tasty cheesy spaghetti with nicely seasoned chicken breasts and sweet peas.
Ingredients
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil your peas for about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook your spaghetti noodles to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Save the starchy water.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat an add some oil and butter. Season your chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear your chicken on both sides for about 8 minutes, or until completely cooked through. Set aside. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice and dice your chicken into cubes. Toss your diced chicken in a baking dish along with your peas, and spaghetti noodles. Mix well.
- Drizzle / Pour some of your saved starchy water on top and all around. This will keep the noodles juicy and help the cheese stick.
- Sprinkle lots of mixed cheese on top, bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
