Citrus Seared Cod w/ Saffron Beurre Blanc Sauce



The most delicious citrus buttered seared cod filet with a flavorful saffron beurre blanc sauce.

Ingredients




    Directions
    1. In a small pot bring to a boil some white wine, white wine vinegar, saffron threads, and minced shallots. Mix well. 
    2. Turn your heat down low to simmer, add some heavy cream, and lots of butter, whisk well continuously for about 3 minutes or until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. #recipesbyvance
