Chicken Curry



A super rustic spicy and sweet chicken curry.

Ingredients


Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. Throw in your white onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, and green chili's. Season with some smoked paprika and saute while stirring for about 7 minutes or until your onions become translucent.
  2. Pour in your canned tomatoes then Toss in your chicken thighs, and baby tomatoes. Season with coriander powder, cardamom, chili powder, cinnamon, and turmeric. 
  3. Pour in some coconut milk and about a 2 cups of water. Turn your heat down low and simmer occasionally stirring for about an hour. During the last five minutes of your cook time mix in about a cup of yogurt. Plate and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
