Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes



Beautifully seasoned seared potatoes baked in a delicious creamy cheese sauce.

Directions

  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your sliced potatoes with salt and pepper. Sear your potatoes on both sides for about 5 minutes. Take out and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add your sauce ingredients one at a time, while continuously whisking for about 4 minutes or until your sauce has reached a nice consistency. 
  3. Add your chopped onion to the sauce, your mozzarella cheese, gouda cheese, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Stir for one minute.
  4. Put some oil in a baking dish. Line your baking dish with your sliced potatoes. Top them off with your cheese sauce. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
