Succulent shrimp packed with flavor sauted with red peppers with a beautiful sauce over rice.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Toss in your shrimp, diced onions, and chopped red pepper and saute while turning and stirring for about 6 minutes. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
  2. Add lots of butter to the pan and mix with a little flour to create a roux. Pour in some clam juice and seafood stock, season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper and mix well to create a beautiul gravy sauce.
  3. Mix your shrimp, red peppers, and onions in with your gravy sauce. Serve over top of some white rice, garnish with parsley, and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
