Citrus Halibut Buttery Gnocchi*

 



A beautiful, citrusy, seared halibut over buttery gnocchi tomatoes and zucchini.

Ingredients
  • Halibut 
  • Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • Basil Flakes
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Store Bought Gnocci
  • Chopped Zucchini
  • Sliced Lemons
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil

Directions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt, and boil your gnocchi for about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your halibut with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear your halibut on both sides for about 4 minutes, add lots of butter and when it melts continuously baste your halibut for about 4 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in your halved cherry tomatoes and chopped zucchini, season with salt and pepper and saute for about 8 minutes, set aside.
  4. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, lots of butter, fresh lemon juice, and basil flakes. As your butter melts toss in your gnocchi, your tomatoes, and zucchini, saute for about 3 minutes.
  5. Spoon your gnocchi butter mixture into a bowl, top with your seared halibut, squeeze some fresh lemon juice on your halibut, serve and enjoy!

Chipotle Lobster Grilled Cheese

 



Perfectly seasoned and dressed fresh  cheesy lobster meat grilled cheese.


Ingredients
  • Fresh Lobster Meat
  • Chipotle Seasoning
  • Ketchup
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Grated White Cheddar Cheese
  • Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • Bread
  • Butter
Directions
  1. In a bowl mix together ketchup, mustard, chipotle seasoning, and chopped cilantro. 
  2. Toss in your grated cheese and your lobster meat; mix well.
  3. Butter 2 slices of bread, place your lobster mixture between 2 slices of bread. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. Sear your sandwich on both sides for about 4 minutes or until golden brown. Be sure to add lots more butter before you flip your sandwich.

Spicy Margherita Pizza

 



A beautiful margherita pizza with a spicy sauce, fresh mozzarella, and bold flavors. 

Ingredients
  • Store Brought Pizza Dough
  • Canned Peeled Tomatoes
  • Canned Crushed Tomatoes
  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh Basil
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions
  1. Flour your counter surface and your pizza dough. Roll out your pizza dough. In a blender mix together your crushed tomatoes, peeled tomatos, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes, pulse well into a nice sauce.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spoon your tomato sauce on your pizza dough, top that off with some slices of mozzarella cheese, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle some italian seasoning on your pizza, top with fresh basil leaves, slice up and enjoy!
