A beautiful fresh filet of trout with sour latin flavors of cilantro lime.
Ingredients
- Trout Filet
- Chile lime Seasoning
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
- Pat your trout filet dry with paper towels. Season with some chile lime seasoning and cilantro flakes. Squeeze on some fresh lime juice.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Sear your trout skin side down and press down with a spatula to get that skin nice and crispy. Sear like that for about 7 minutes.
