309. Latin Ancho Lime Cilantro Trout. Click the picture for recipe!

A beautiful fresh filet of trout with sour latin flavors of cilantro lime.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Pat your trout filet dry with paper towels. Season with some chile lime seasoning and cilantro flakes. Squeeze on some fresh lime juice.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Sear your trout skin side down and press down with a spatula to get that skin nice and crispy. Sear like that for about 7 minutes. Carefully flip and sear on the other side for about 3 minutes. Plate, squeeze on some more fresh lime juice, serve with your choice of sides, enjoy! #recipesbyvance
