Spicy Fried Calamari

Deep fried spicy calamari with your choice of sauce. A great appetizer.

  • Three Whisked Eggs
  • Flour
  • Chili Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Calamari
  • Olive Oil

  1. In a bowl make an egg wash. In another bowl mix flour, lots of chili powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Dredge your calamari in your egg wash then coat in your flour mixture and set aside. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil up to 2 inches. Deep fry your calamari for about 3 minutes or until golden brown turning a couple of times.
  3. Set on paper towels to soak up the excess oil. Plate and serve with your choice of a dipping sauce, and enjoy!
