The most juiciest double cheeseburger. It's very unique thanks to the Asian coleslaw and cheesy marinara.
Ingredients For The Asian Coleslaw
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Peanut Butter
- C&H Brown Sugar
- Kikkoman Japanese Soy Sauce
- Organic Minced Ginger
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Thinly Sliced Green Cabbage
Remaining Ingredients
- Buns
- Whole30 Gluten Free Marinara Sauce
- Provolone Cheese (slices & grated)
- Ground Beef
- Sliced American Cheese
- Bacon
- Diced White Onion
Directions
- Heat two pans on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook your bacon for about 8 minutes occasionally flipping or until slightly crisp.
- Form your ground beef into patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 7 minutes on both sides or until it reaches a nice medium temp. Flatten your burgers a little as they cook. During the last 2 minutes top your burgers off with slices of American cheese. Take out and set aside.
- Heat a pot on medium high heat a pour in your canned marinara sauce, diced white onions, grated provolone cheese, a little minced ginger and garlic. Cook while occassionally stirring for about 5 minutes.
- Toast your buns. When your buns are finished toasting add a slice of provolone cheese to the bottom bun, next Place a cheese burger on top, then your bacon, another cheeseburger, your marinara and provolone cheese mix, your Asian inspired coleslaw and finally your top bun.
