Sausage Mushroom & Kale Pea Pasta

A creamy cheesy pasta dish with delicious sauted chorizo sausage, and mushrooms. Peas and kale.


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Turn down your heat and simmer your kale for about 20 minutes. During the last five minutes of cook time add your thawed out frozen peas. Take out, drain and set aside your kale and peas.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Chop your sausage into small pieces, season your sliced mushrooms with salt and pepper. Saute your sausage and mushrooms for about 8 minutes occasionally turning. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess grease.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as it starts to melt pour in a little heavy whipping cream whisk well. Add some parmesan cheese and minced garlic and continue to whisk vigorously until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. 
  4. Turn your heat down to simmer, add in your sausage, mushrooms, kale and peas, season to taste with salt and pepper, mix well, top it off with some more grated parmesan cheese, and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
