Spicy Pork Bulgogi

Sweet & Spicy Korean pork belly with carrots and onions.

  • Thinly Sliced Pork Belly
  • Sliced Carrots
  • Sliced White Onion
Marinade Ingredients

  1. First make your marinade. In a bowl mix together your marinade ingredients and pour them into a large ziplock bag.
  2. Put your sliced pork in the bag with your marinade, seal tight leaving little to no air in your bag. Toss and turn your bag for about 2 minutes for a good mix. Refrigerate and marinate for about an hour.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil. Toss in your sliced pork, sliced carrots, and sliced onion. Pour in some of your marinade. Cook while stirring and turning for about 10 minutes. Plate and enjoy!
