Spinach & Basil Balls w/ White Cheese Sauce

A savory tomato soup blend seasoned beautifully with delicious spinach and basil balls smothered with a tasty cheese sauce.

Spinach & Basil Ball Ingredients

Soup Ingredients
Garnish Ingredients
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
Cream Cheese Sauce Ingredients
  • Cream Cheese
  • Butter
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Grated Provolone Cheese

  1. In a bowl mix together some canned tomato soup and milk, season with salt and pepper and set aside. 
  2. In another bowl mix together your spinach and basil ball ingredients and form them into balls. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Add some butter to a pan and put in the oven to melt the butter. Bake your balls in the oven for about 20 minutes occasionally turning.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter, cream cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, and grated provolone cheese. Mix well to form into a nice sauce.
  4. Warm up your tomato soup and milk mixture for about 2 minutes or until hot. Pour your soup into a bowl, put your spinach and basil balls into your soup, spoon your cheese sauce over your spinach balls, garnish with fresh basil leaves, chopped chives, and sliced cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
