Smoky grilled chicken with a Portuguese sauce.
Ingredients
- Chopped Red & Yellow Peppers
- McCormick Minced Onion
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Zest Of Lime
- Aged Red Wine Vinegar
- Chopped Red Chillies
- Badia Smoked Paprika
- Fresh Chopped Thyme
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Chicken
Directions
- Mix all your ingredients (except for your chicken) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more oil if your sauce is too thick.
- Put your chicken in a large ziplock bag, pour in your peri peri sauce and seal the bag with little to no air. Mix well and place in the fridge for a hour.
- Fire up the grill. Pour your remaining sauce in a bowl. Grill your wings for about 20 minutes occasionally brushing with more sauce. Enjoy!
