Smoky grilled chicken with a Portuguese sauce.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Mix all your ingredients (except for your chicken) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more oil if your sauce is too thick.
  2. Put your chicken in a large ziplock bag, pour in your peri peri sauce and seal the bag with little to no air. Mix well and place in the fridge for a hour. 
  3. Fire up the grill. Pour your remaining sauce in a bowl. Grill your wings for about 20 minutes occasionally brushing with more sauce. Enjoy!
