Cheesy Potato & Broccoli Bake



Herbed, fantastically, seasoned, and cheesed potato and broccoli bake.

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your slices of potatoes with salt and pepper. Sear your potatoes on both sides for about 6 minutes or until they start to brown. Set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil your broccoli for about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside, and season with salt and pepper. Add some oil to a baking pot and place in the oven to get hot.
  3. Take your baking pot out and line the bottom with your potatoes, rosemary, broccoli, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese. 
  4. For the second layer top it with broccoli, potatoes, then spread on some sour cream. 
  5. For the third layer top it with potatoes, rosemary, broccoli, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  6. For the fourth layer top it with broccoli, potatoes, then spread on some sour cream. 
  7. Keep going until you reach your desired height. Finish with potatoes, top it with shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese slices.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes, or until your cheese starts to melt, enjoy!
