Buttered Mint & Cilantro Shrimp Spaghetti

Fresh and sweet shrimp noodles with herbs, spices, and a buttery sauce.


  1. Heat a pot on medium high heat and boil some heavenly salted water. Boil your noodles for about 15 minutes occasionally stirring. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and lots and lots of butter, throw in your shrimp. Season your shrimp with salt, pepper, chopped mint, and chopped cilantro. Toss in your chopped red peppers and saute your shrimp and peppers in your butter sauce for about 6 minutes occasionally stirring. Season with a little garlic powder during the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
  3. Place your noodles in a bowl, pour on your butter sauce with shrimp and peppers. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
