A take on a healthy classic pot pie with beautifully seasoned tofu, carrots, peas, and cauliflower.
Ingredients
- Cubed Tofu
- Frozen Peas
- Fresh Sliced & Diced Carrots
- Chopped Cauliflower
- Chopped Red Onion
- Butter
- Gluten Free Flour
- Organic Chicken Stock
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. Add some flour and whisk well to make a roux. Pour in some chicken stock and continue to whisk well to create a wattery sauce.
- Add your tofu, frozen peas, carrots, cauliflower, and red onions. Cook while stirring and mixing well until your flour has completely dissolved. Plate and enjoy!
