Smoky Fried Scrapple



Smoke flavored pan fried scrapple, great with any breakfast!

Ingredients


    Directions
    1. Mix together in a bowl some flour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Slice your scrapple into thin patties. Flour your scrapple on both sides, pat gently but tightly, and set aside for about 10 minutes.
    2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Sear your scrapple on both sides for about 4 minutes. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess oils. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
