Cheesy Tater Tots Casserole & Gravy

Cheesy crispy baked tater tots with a homemade gravy.


  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your tater tots with salt and pepper and saute, occasionally flipping for about 8 minutes and golden brown. Take out and set aside on paper towels.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle a little oil in a baking dish and place in the oven to get hot.
  3. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. As it starts to melt pour in a little flour and whisk well to create a roux. Pour in some beef broth and continue to whisk well until your gravy has reached a nice consistency. Take out and set aside.
  4. Line your baking dish with your tater tots. Top with your white cheddar cheese and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until your cheese starts to melt. Take out and set aside.
  5. Plate your cheesy tots, garnish with some parsley flakes, pour on a little gravy and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
