Chinese Five Spice Chicken Tenders

Chicken tenderloins deep fried with a delicious Chinese five spice seasoning.

  • Flour
  • Chinese Five Spice
  • Three Eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Boneless Chicken Breasts

  1. In a bowl add flour and plenty of Chinese five spice. In another bowl make an egg wash by cracking your eggs and mixing well. 
  2. Slice your chicken breasts into the size of tenders. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil a inch up into the pot. Coat your boneless chicken breasts in your seasoned flour, then dip them into your egg wash, then give them another coat of in your seasoned flour. 
  3. Cook your tenders on both sides for about 6 minutes or until there is no pink inside and golden brown, serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
