Grilled Pork Chops w/ Chinese Sauce

Succulent grilled pork chops beautifully flavored with a Chinese sauce.

  • Pork Chops
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Beef Broth
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Corn Flour
  • Chinese Five Spice
  • Sesame Oil

  1. Fire up the grill, season your pork chops liberally with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Grill your pork chops for about 8 to 9 minutes on both sides, take off and set aside to rest.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add a drizzle of sesame oil. When the pan gets nice and hot pour in a little beef broth, a little oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, brown sugar, a little corn flour as a thickening agent, and a couple dashes of Chinese five spice. 
  3. Whisk vigorously so your sauce doesn't become lumpy. Cook and whisk until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. Pour some of your sauce on a plate, top it with your pork chops and enjoy!
