Mediterranean Coconut Shrimp
Golden brown mediterranean coconut shrimp with a sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients
- Mediterranean Seasoning
- Shredded Coconut
- Bread Crumbs
- Salt & Pepper
- Shrimp
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- Flour
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Prepare 3 bowls. One with flour. One with 2 beaten eggs, and one with a mixture or shredded coconut, bread crumbs, and mediterranean seasoning.
- Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil about 2 inches up the pot. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Coat your shrimp in your flour, then in your beaten eggs, then in your coconut mixture. Carefully place in your oil and fry for about 3 minutes flipping once. Take out and place on paper towels, plate with some sweet chili sauce, garnish with some cilantro flakes and enjoy!
