Mediterranean Coconut Shrimp

Golden brown mediterranean coconut shrimp with a sweet chili sauce.


  • Mediterranean Seasoning
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Shrimp
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • Flour
  • Olive Oil


  1. Prepare 3 bowls. One with four. One with 2 beaten eggs, and one with a mixture or shredded coconut, bread crumbs, and mediterranean seasoning.
  2. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil about 2 inches up the pot. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat your shrimp in your flour, then in your beaten eggs, then in your coconut mixture. Carefully place in your oil and fry for about 3 minutes flipping once. Take out and place on paper towels, plate with some sweet chili sauce, garnish with some cilantro flakes and enjoy!
