Steak Tacos w/ Avocado Salsa Verde

Steak tacos, beautifully seasoned with a delicious avocado salsa verde and vibrant cilantro.


  • Avocados
  • Minced Garlic
  • Diced Tomatillos
  • Diced Jalapenos
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Skirt Steak
  • Cumin
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Diced White Onion
  • Butter
  • Tortillas
  • Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice


  1. In a blender mix together some diced avocados, minced garlic, diced tomatillos, diced jalapenos, fresh squeezed lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt and pepper. Pulse until it reaches a nice saucy consistency. Pour and scrape out into a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Season your skirt steak with salt, pepper, cumin, and taco seasoning. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook your skirt steak on both sides for about 4 minutes for a nice medium temp. Take your steak out and chop into small pieces. 
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add a little butter. Cook your tortillas for about 2 minutes on both sides. Take your tortillas out and put your chopped steak in a line down the middle of your tortillas, top that off with your salsa verde, top that off with your chopped cilantro, then finish with your diced white onions. Enjoy!
