  1. Mix together in a bowl some flour, chili powder, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and habanero pepper seasoning.
  2. In another bowl whisk 2 eggs, buttermilk, and sriracha sauce. Season your chicken with salt and pepper, set aside to rest and let the flavors really adhere to the chicken.
  3. Heat a large pot on medium high heat and add lots of oil up the pot about 3 inches, or enough to fully submerge you quarter chicken.
  4. Fully coat your chicken with your flour mixture and shake off the excess, dip in your buttermilk mixture, then back into your flour, then into the deep fryer for about 9 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your dill pickle, enjoy! #recipesbyvance
