267. Red Bean & Tomato Papperdelle Pasta!



A comforting and delicious paperdelle pasta with beautifully seasoned red beans and San Marzano tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil and boil some of your red beans for about 5 minutes occasionally stirring. Drain and set aside on paper towels.
  2. Cook your papperdelle pasta noodles according to packaged instructions. Drain and set aside. Save your pasta water.
  3. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some of your peeled tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, basil seasoning, and oregano seasoning.
  4. Mix well, cook while stirring and mashing your tomatoes into chunks for about 6 minutes.
  5. Toss your noodles and red beans in with your sauce along with some of your pasta water. Turn down to simmer for about 6 more minutes occasionally turning. Garnish with some parsley flakes, plate and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
