257. Spicy Truffle Shrimp Scampi Linguine!
A fragrant and delicious spicy shrimp scampi linguine with truffle sea salt.
Ingredients
- Fresh Shrimp Peeled & Deveined
- Linguine Pasta Noodles
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Butter
- McCormick Crushed Red Pepper
- White Wine
- Lemon Juice
- Black Truffle Sea Salt
- McCormick Grounded Black Peppercorns
- Green Onion
- Fresh Parsley
Directions
- Cook your linguine according to package instructions. Set aside to drain.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Toss in your shrimp, season with your truffle sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Cook on both sides for about 4 minutes. Take out and set aside on paper towels.
- Add some more oil and butter to the pan then toss in some minced garlic and crushed red pepper and cook while stirring for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in some white wine to deglaze the pan, stir for about 1 minute. Pour in about a half a cup of lemon juice, cook while stirring for about 1 minute.
- Toss your shrimp in and cook while stirring for about 1 minute. Take your shrimp out and set aside.
- Toss your noodles in and cook while turning for about 2 minutes. Plate your noodles, top it off with your shrimp, pour on the sauce from your pan, garnish with some fresh parsley, and a chive sprig, enjoy! #recipesbyvance
