273. Mediterranean Stewed Chicken!
A super tender and juicy stewed chicken dish with delicious Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients
- McCormick Crushed Red Pepper
- Badia Smoked Paprika
- McCormick Onion Powder
- Fresh Chopped Coriander
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Marshalls Creek Mediterranean Spice Mix
- McCormick Granulated Garlic
- Cento San Marzano Organic Peeled Tomatoes
- Cento Tomato Sauce
- Lemon & Herb Marinated Olive Duo
- Organic Chicken Stock
- Butter
- Chicken Wings
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil and butter.
- Season your chicken with your Mediterranean spice mix. Sear your chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes and nice and browned.
- Turn your heat down to simmer. Add your peeled tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper. Mix well and simmer for about 7 minutes.
- Pour in enough chicken stock to barely cover your chicken. Toss in some olives, and fresh chopped coriander. Mix well then bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, occasionally turning. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
