265. Prosciutto & Orange Zest Cheesy Chicken!
Pan seared chicken breast with Asian spices, topped with American cheese, smoky prosciutto, and fresh arugula.
Ingredients
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh Prosciutto Slices
- Shredded American Cheese
- Fresh Arugula
- One Orange
- Lemon Zester & Cheese Grater
- Pure Lemongrass Powder
- Tamarin Seasoning
- Ground Galangal Thai Spice
- Colgin Gourmet Liquid Smoke
- Boneless Chicken Breast
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your chicken breast with pepper, galangal thai spice, tamarin seasoning, and lemon grass powder. Sear your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes or until cooked through completely. Take out and set aside.
- Wipe out your pan. Heat on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in some prosciutto slices, drizzle with a good amount of liquid smoke, season with pepper and cook on both sides for about 2 minutes.
- Place your chicken breast back into the pan. Top with your cheese, use your grater to grate lots of orange zest on top of your cheese, then top with your smokey prosciutto.
- Toss in some fresh arugula, cook and turn for about 1 minute.
- Plate your dish with your sauted arugula. Top with some of your fresh arugula. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
