Italian Sausage Lasagna

A super decadent ricotta and american cheese sausage lasagna with fresh basil.


  1. In a bowl mix together some ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, an egg, and fresh chopped basil. Set aside. 
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Place your ground sausage in your pan, season with italian seasoning and cook while breaking up and turning for about 8 minutes. Pour in some cento tomato sauce, season with salt, and pepper then continue cooking while turning for an additional 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a baking dish spread a layer of your sausage mixture, then a layer of your noodle sheets, then a thick layer of your ricotta cheese mixture, then some more sausage mixture, then noodle sheets, some more of your sausage mixture, noodle sheets, and finally top it off with lots of shredded american cheese. 
  4. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes and enjoy. #recipesbyvance
