274. Grilled Fish Tacos w/ Pineapple & Mango Salsa!



Delicious seasoned and seared fish with a citrus pineapple & mango salsa.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Heat your nonstick grill on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your fish with your Pico De Gallo seasoning and grill on both sides for about 5 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Place on paper towels and set aside.
  2. In a food processor add a nice amount of your diced mangos, and some lime juice. Puree well.
  3. In a bowl mix together some more of your diced mangos, diced pineapple, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley. Squeeze in some fresh lime juice and mix well.
  4. Fill your corn tortillas with your grilled fish and your mango & pineapple salsa. Garnish with some of your sliced red cabbage and chives, then finish with some sour cream and some of your mango puree. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
